Discovery
We are aware that cross-border collaboration is only possible if researchers are given the opportunity to interact and explore opportunities with other scientists working in their field.

At Pasteur Foundation - UK, we are firm believers in the importance of scientific workshops, symposiums and conferences that give researchers the freedom to discuss, share and explore with no hidden agenda. The opportunity to discover potential connections and collaborations is key and we have seen many succesful Pasteur- UK partnerships that started in this setting.

Donations to our Discovery fund cover researcher transport and accomodation costs, event space hire and refreshment costs. This enables great minds to come together with no external pressures to exchange ideas and build impactful new collaborations.
“[Collaboration between the Institut Pasteur and the University of Oxford] allies the excellence in biology of infection at the Institut Pasteur with the strength in drug discovery of the University of Oxford to foster collaborative interdisciplinary projects aiming at the discovery of innovative therapeutic strategies against antimicrobial resistance.”
Symposiums, Workshops and Conferences
We are proud to have a strong history of running engaging scientific symposiums, workshops and conferences in both France and the UK to engage researchers on both sides of the border to come together to tackle global public health challenges.
